This is a nice product that I use for my electronic ID at work. It is long enough to reach out and swipe the identification card across a reader without having to lean in close. This product has one significant flaw, though. It is a two-piece cord with a velcro tie at the back. The velcro has a tendency to slip up against the back of my neck and scratch it. It's frustrating because a single loop--without the velcro in the back--would not be itchy. I don't even uncouple the velcro to put it on. Nobody would. Anybody who buys a lanyard is going to put it on by pulling the loop over their head.
